The Dual-Track for Multipotential Youth Talent (DTMYT) Framework: Conceptual Foundations for Developing Talent Managers and Entrepreneurs

이 논문은 그 대안으로 DTMYT(Dual-Track for Multipotential Youth Talent) 프레임워크를 제안합니다.
(Abstract)
Contemporary organizations require individuals who can both create value through entrepreneurial initiative and develop the capabilities of others within complex human systems. Yet many education systems, including Korea’s, provide limited structured opportunity for young people to develop either set of capacities in a deliberate and integrated way.
This paper proposes the Dual-Track for Multipotential Youth Talent (DTMYT) framework as a response. The framework distinguishes two interconnected developmental pathways that begin in secondary school: a Talent Manager track focused on recognizing potential, designing developmental experiences, facilitating collaboration, and building enabling conditions for others; and a Talent Entrepreneur track centered on opportunity identification, resource mobilization, iterative value creation, and resilient adaptation.
Drawing on strategic talent management scholarship, practice-based entrepreneurship education research, the European EntreComp framework, and work on multipotentiality, the paper argues that these two pathways are complementary rather than competing and that their parallel cultivation from adolescence onward addresses structural gaps in current provision. The framework is offered as a conceptual resource for program design, policy discussion, and further empirical investigation rather than as a finished blueprint.
